Born in 1971 in Ottawa, Guillaume Rambourg grew up in New York. When he moved back to France, he integrated the ESSEC School of Management, where he specialized in finance, before beginning his professional career in the City of London. He spent 15 years at Gartmore, where he became a reference in hedge fund management invested in European shares and equity. In late 2011, he returned to France where he founded his own wealth management fund, Verrazzano Capital, which currently manages assets of $ 1.6 billion. He also founded the Rambourg Foundation.
If it is through running he obtained his best sporting results (8 marathons to his credit), tennis is his real passion. A lover of the ATP Tour, his memories date back to the Borg, Connors, McEnroe, Gerulaitis and Vilas era, and continue with Noah, Mancini, Agassi and Federer. In 2015, he decided to become one of the founding contributors of Champ'Seed, the Foundation created by Patrick Mouratoglou, to support talented young players who do not have the means to finance their high-level tennis ambitions.
